Delivery & Returns

Orders will be dispatched the same day if purchased before 11.30am (GMT) Monday – Thursday. If made after this time it will be dispatched the next working day. On a rare occasion, your e-liquid order may need to be freshly made in the lab if we don’t have any stock of pre-bottled e-liquid. In this case, your order will be dispatched the following business day. All orders will be dispatched at the latest by close of business the next day.

We dispatch Monday to Thursday – bank holidays excluded.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email with details of your order.

Please note: Very large orders may be part-shipped. In this case, we will contact you to let you know.

**Tracked & Signed For from DPD can take two days in remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some other off-shore islands. DPD delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.

Click & Collect

If you are local to the Swansea area, you can save on delivery by collecting your order from our warehouse & shop. To do so, calculate shipping on the basket page and select “Pick up from our Swansea Warehouse” before proceeding to the checkout.

You can collect your order within one working day. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Our Swansea Warehouse & Shop is located at Unit 12 Llwyn y Graig, Garngoch Industrial Estate, Gorseinon, Swansea, SA4 9WG.

You are more than welcome to pop-in to our shop any time we are open. However, we can not guarantee we will have all e-liquid in your order in stock and some may need to be freshly made. In this case, we will arrange with you for a time to come back and collect your freshly made order.

Please allow 10 working days since your order was dispatched to contact us if it has not yet been received.

Rest of the World Pricing

International signed for to the Rest of the World starts at £10 and can take 7-15 working days to arrive.

Depending on which country you are located and the size of the order, will determine what service we will dispatch the goods with and the cost. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received a tracking number, or have not received your order after 15 days, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note: Goods exported outside the EU are not subject to UK VAT (Value Added Tax). Zero-rated sales only apply to orders shipped to addresses outside the UK/Europe/EU.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s (you) address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Returns

We offer a no quibble returns policy as your happiness and satisfaction means a lot to us. Any unwanted items, items ordered in error or defective items must be returned with 30 days of the order being delivered. All items for return must be notified to us via email to [email protected] at the soonest possible moment. Pleasure put in the subject line ‘return’.

Please note: If hardware becomes faulty after 30 days, you need to contact the manufactuer directly as it falls under their warranty.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will ensure that a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) as well as the delivery.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched and therefore request that you follow the return instructions above once the order has arrived.
