These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Decadent Vapours. By ordering goods from Decadent Vapours you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail from Decadent Vapours confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. During the checkout process you will be forwarded to the Sagepay secure checkout system to enter your credit/debit card details, or to complete the transaction using your Paypal account.

Age of consent
By purchasing a product from Decadent Vapours you are confirming that you’re 18 years old or older. (It is a criminal offence in the UK to supply, directly or indirectly, persons under the age of 18 years.) *Decadent Vapours reserves the right to cancel any order immediately without notice if we believe that the order has been placed by someone who is not legally entitled to and under the age of 18.
When placing an order through our website, you will have a selection of different products, strengths and flavours to choose from. If any of our products are out of stock, we will clearly underline this and notify you all via our website. If however, after placing an order we then determine that we have insufficient stock to fulfil this, you will be notified of this as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.
Before confirming your order and making payment you will see the total goods, purchase prices including vat and carriage displayed on screen prior to proceeding to payment. All our products are vat inclusive and on receipt of payment your order will be processed and an email will be sent to you outlining the contents of your order and information about cancelling.
Payments must be received before orders can be dispatched.
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a despatch confirmation email with details of your order.
Please note: Orders placed before 2.30pm will get dispatched the same day depending on if they are in stock. If not, your order will be sent to our lab to be freshly made and dispatched the following day. Orders received from 2.30pm onwards will be dealt with the following working day and processed from 8.30am onwards.
UK Standard Delivery – Can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?
UK Recorded Delivery – This option can still take up to 3-5 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?
International Signed For to all European countries – You will be emailed a tracking number, this can take up to 7-10 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?
Air sure/International Signed For to ROW – Depending on which country you are located will determine what service we will dispatch the goods with. Not all countries accept Air Sure, therefore, those whom don’t will get dispatched via International Signed For. You will be emailed a tracking number, this option can still take up to 7-15 working days to arrive depending on what country you live in, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?
Where a specific delivery date needs to be arranged, please email us on the email firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order to confirm this.
In any event where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2.30pm the same day. Standard Delivery costs to all EU/European Destinations are charged at £3.99. Orders placed using standard Royal Mail Airmail are the responsibility of the customer.
We also offer Royal Mail International Signed For at an additional cost of £7.99. For security we recommend using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
Decadent Vapours as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by third party handling companies such as Royal Mail. For security we recommend using the Royal Mail Signed For service
US & Non-European (World Zone 1 and World Zone 2)
We aim to ship all orders placed before 2.30pm the same day. All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail AirSure. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number attached.
Delivery costs to all International/Worldwide destinations are charged at £10.99
Goods exported outside the EU are not subject to UK VAT (Value Added Tax). Zero-rated sales only apply to orders shipped to addresses outside the UK/Europe/EU.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will ensure that you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that we will not accept used or opened e-liquid. However, if there is something wrong with the e-liquid, then the return shall be paid for by the vendor (this can either be done by the customer and the price of the service refunded, or the seller will send the customer a prepaid jiffy bag with Royal Mail 1st class service prepaid, this is not a tracked option. It is advised that all returns are somehow tracked as it is the customers responsibility to return the item/s) ‘Not liking’ the flavour will not be deemed a fault.
Unwanted e-liquid returns will only be valid providing the bottle is still sealed as originally despatched.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Changes to Terms
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Propylene Glycol (PG)
PG is used in the majority of e-liquids and in a variety of other items, such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products. An allergic reaction to PG is not very common, so you shouldn’t be overly concerned about it if you’re new to vaping. However, there are occasional cases of a mild allergic reaction to e-liquids that include a 50% or over PG base. Symptoms are a sore, dry or inflamed throat and mouth. If you do discover you have an allergic reaction to PG based e-liquids, we advise that you stop vaping immediately and instead try a higher percentage VG base. You can do this by switching to our Easy Mix Kit, where you can choose a VG Base (75%VG/25%PG). The lower percentage of PG usually results in no allergic reactions and allows you to continue vaping.
Decadent Vapours accepts no responsibility for damaged caused after the delivery of your hardware product. This includes any potential damage caused by the incorrect assembling or the modification of any mechanical mod. Products that are Dead On Arrival (DOA) will be replaced or refunded (at our own cost) provided you notify us within 3 days. All products found to be ‘Dead on Arrival’ are required to be returned to us in good condition before any replacements or refunds are made.
Complaints are taken extremely serious by Decadent Vapours and we endeavour to make sure that our customer’s complaints are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. Any complaints must be made to email@example.com where this will be picked up and dealt with the same day, if this cannot be achieved then we will deal with this the next working day. We will make every effort to ensure that any complaints are resolved within 7 days.
