Vape juice or e-liquid contains three basic ingredients – Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, and flavourings. In addition to this, vape juice can contain nicotine in strengths of 3mg, 6mg, 9mg, 12mg and 18mg. 

Get Your Nicotine Strength Right 

Getting the right nicotine strength is crucial, especially for those attempting to switch from traditional smoking to vaping. In general, people find that the more cigarettes they smoke/d, the higher the nicotine level they’ll want in their e-liquid. 

Typically, for a smoker who used to have 20 or more cigarettes a day, they’ll want to opt for the 18mg options and for those who used to smoke less than five a day, 3mg of nicotine is usually the right amount in their vape juice. 

Ratios of Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin
